Great toaster!
Great gift for a new homeowner. I bought it for my brother in law and he has said it works perfectly and makes great quality toast. Toasts evenly and does not burn easy. It has a nice look in the kitchen and seems like it is built well. This was cheaper than in the box stores making it a great value.

The toaster was packaged well, had clear instructions about priming it before use, and works very well. It looks handsome on the countertop. It toasts very evenly. The setting dials and buttons are simple and allow for perfect toasting. The price was good. I definitely recommend this toaster!

Just an OK toaster.
This toaster is bigger than my previous 4-slice toasters so it takes up more counter space. Also, it is SLOW. I haven’t timed it, but it definitely takes longer to toast the bread. Like minutes longer. I wouldn’t buy this again.

This product is shockingly good. It makes toast exactly the way that it should. But when you push that bagel button, your jaw will drop. I’ve never had a better toasted bagel.

The GE brand toaster really works well and toasts bread or frozen waffles or bagels really well. Easy to use and easy to clean. I highly recommend for consumers that want an easy, well made kitchen item.

Excellent basic toaster, with one small caveat
This isn’t the fanciest toaster I’ve ever owned, but it may be the nicest. It’s very consistent with how it toasts things, it has nice wide slots, and it’s held up well to fairly heavy home use.My only complaint is that it tends to overcook bagels on the bagel setting, so I have to remember to turn the knob to a lighter setting. It’s a bit of a weird thing, since if I don’t hit the bagel button it doesn’t overdo them. It’s easy enough to just turn the knob when I put in a bagel, but it’s a bit of an annoyance that I have to do that.Still, after a lifetime’s worth of toasters that would just randomly burn toast, this one’s been reliable and consistent.

Slow, uneven toasting
I’ve owned this toaster for about 1.5 years. It is absolutely the slowest toaster I have ever owned. It also “mostly” toasts one side but not the other. I say mostly because sometimes it toasts both sides but not usually. Recently, the toasting has gotten really unreliable. My usual setting of 4 is now burning the toast. I turned it down to 3 and it didn’t toast at all. 3 stars only because it is sturdy and nice looking. Why is it so hard to find a decent toaster? My last one, a cheap Proctor Silex, lasted almost 25 years.

A toaster that actually toasts bread the way you want it!
Based on America’s Test Kitchen’s recommendation, I purchased this toaster because, as many of us know, toaster ovens just don’t do a good job of evenly toasting bread. That being said, this is also true for many toasters but I think I am in love! This one does the job without fail and has reacquainted me with the pleasure of a great piece of toast. Highly recommended and great price.

I was expecting a much better quality toaster in overall build quality and performance in toasting. A very weak feel when you press down the lever. Pops up weak as I don’t expect it to last for long. Heating elements don’t all work and the does that do are a very light shade of red.

Todo perfecto, me llegó desde EUA sin problema. Con su caja original, dentro de una caja y dentro de otra caja. Respecto a los comentarios de olor a quemado, en las instrucciones dice que antes de usar lo prendamos a maxima potencia para curar el tostador y que desprenda esos olores a plástico quemado. Después de eso el tostador como sin nada. Contento con la compra.
