Great product and customer service!
I could not be happier with my Magiccos Food Processor. I like everything about it, especially the power (purees chicken, rice, and vegetables for our elderly dog’s food in less than a minute!), the large (14-cup) bowl, and the storage drawer (keeps all the blades right at hand). The variety of blades is another big plus. No problem assembling the unit for use – everything goes together smoothly. Cleanup is not a problem. I had only had the appliance for less than a month when I accidentally dropped the pusher unit on the kitchen floor, causing it to break in half. I reached out to the Magiccos Store through an email address found on the booklet that came with the food processor. I asked if it would be possible to buy the replacement pusher. I received a response within 24 hours. Robbin generously offered to replace the pusher at no cost – I didn’t even pay for postage and she sent it priority mail! I had the part within two days. She did not have to do that but it was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this product and the excellent customer service they provided.

I’ve been using the magiccos food processor for a couple of months now and overall recommend it to people who want to speed up their cutting, shredding or blending processes while cooking!Attached above is me making various recipes with it and showing how it looks and sounds when in operation. So if you need to see it in action to know if you want it, this may help!Firstly, it overall does a great job blending and has multiple speed settings to help suit the needs of what you’re trying to do. All the blades that come with it are plenty sharp and blend the foods well! So please, be careful not to slice your fingers! The motor does make a bit of noise but no more than you would get from a blender or any other machine like this.The machine is a bit larger so it will take up some counter/cabinet space. The nice thing about this model is it has a storage drawer for the blades so it doesn’t take up anymore room than necessary. It’s also pretty intuitive to use. It has arrows indicating how you should attach everything and so i never felt lost when trying to operate it.From the recipes i made above, i think one criticism is the french fries. Because you have to insert the potatoes in vertically you will always get shorter fries. Not only that, they tend to get stuck in clumps. To remedy this i would try using higher speeds when inserting the potato but that didn’t seem to change anything much.All that said, fries are still good and sizeable enough to enjoy! I was pleasantly surprised to see the blades handling sweet potatoes as well as regular potatoes! So there is some versatility there.The guacamole i blended in lower speed because i like having bits of avocado in my guac. I don’t like it totally puree. It seemed to work pretty well! I would even just recommend pulsing a few times if you’re like me.In sum, the magiccos food processor is pretty handy and versatile with its functions. If you got the space for it and you’re in the market for a food processor i think it’s a good choice!

The built-in storage drawer is also very convenient, as it allows me to store the different blades and attachments in one place, so they are always within easy reach.The Magiccos food processor is also very versatile and can be used for a wide range of tasks, including cheese shredding, meat chopping, slicing, mixing, and doughing. I have used it to make everything from pizza dough to vegetable soups, to make my own ground beef and it has performed exceptionally well every time.Overall, high-quality food processor that is easy to use, versatile, and efficient. The machine works well- and the cup is large. There is a bigger gap between the cutting disc and the lid than my previous machine; which means it can’t quite shred the whole block of cheese for example. But it works pretty well.Cleanup isn’t bad and I like that all of the blades store in the drawer. The motor does make a bit of a smell; and it says you’re only to use it for 2 min before stopping to let it rest- which seems ridiculous for a food processor this large- but it turns out it’s about the right amount of time to shred most things that need to be shredded.The plastic is brittle and broke the first day but the company immediately sent me a replacement bowl at no cost.Customer service was fast; considerate and efficient.I’ve used it to shred up cheese and tons of zucchini from my garden:The “thick” slicer slices like potato chip thin- so that shouldn’t be expected to give a slice thick enough to chop up- which was what I hoping.Overall it works well; it’s easy to use, and customer service is top notch.

Fabulous food processor!
I’ve always used Cuisinart food processors, but they’re so heavy! The work great, but are ultra expensive, and all the attachments are inconvenient to keep track of. I did a lot of research, and people really seem to like this Magiccos processor, so I thought I’d give it a try. Just blown away by how well it works! It’s kind of light, so I do have to hold it down a bit when it really gets going, but it works like a dream. I love the large work bowl, it makes big food processing jobs a breeze. It goes together easily, and is also easy to take apart and clean. My MOST FAVORITE thing is the diving drawer that holds all of the blades~just wonderful. I very highly recommend this food processor, it’s affordable, with a well-thought out design, and so convenient!

I was looking for a food processor. Found this and love it. I love the storage tray. No more digging around to find the blade that I wanted. All there and easy to see. Powerful enough to get the job done. Suction cups on the bottom of the unit keeps it in place on the counter. Easily clean in the dishwasher. It is a little bigger than what I wanted but with what it does, size is not a deal breaker for me.

This is a great machine! I have been making lots of pie dough and it takes no time at all. My last food processor had the blades too far apart and incorporating the butter and flour was a challenge. I’ll just add that it has a few safety features so reading the manual is a must.

I had concerns about this Food processor’s motor as it had a smell at the beginning but the company contacted me to address my concerns. I’m not a huge fan of the amount of shaking this food processor does, and would have preferred full metal discs for the cutters instead of different inserts in a plastic disc but it does the job. I’m most impressed by the customer serviced offered by the manufacturer so that leaves me with a good overall impression of this product and it’s future performance.
