For anyone who just loves staying in bed, this is the product for you. It allows you to sit up when you get some neck strains or are tired of laying down. Allows you to read books comfortably and watch TV without much strain. The arm rests are very very helpful. It’s strong enough to support the body’s weight comfortably. My advice is to get the large one. I love it.

Initially, it expanded to full size immediately. Very easy to attach the armrests. Great, so far.
Initially, I am very impressed with this (ordered the largest, 21″) pillow. Once I cut the plastic off, I took out the 2 side armrests and removed the back rest itself. I haven’t opened up the outside cover but the internal foam seems one solid chunk, not pieces as in many pictures of other pillows. It immediately expanded to full size. I was very happy about that, as the instructions imply it could take as much as 48 hours for that to happen. I attached the 2 side armrests with the straps and built-in Velcro – very easy and quick to do. The proof is in the pudding; so tonight when I use it for the first time, I’ll see if its initial promise holds true. So far, so sweet.3 days later: it is as comfortable as I could possibly ask for. I replace my usual bed pillows with this for reading and for watching TV. (I have the large one – 21″.) It holds my back at a nice angle and the head rest seems perfectly positioned for me (I’m 6 ft tall.) The armrests are well positioned and the side pockets hold the remotes, a couple of magazines and a paperback.I think most of the comfort comes from the fact that it is now a solid piece of foam rather than the pieces they sued to use.

Firm, thick and comfy
I was very skeptical buying this but I’m very happy. I have a small room so when I game I’m usually in my bed since I don’t have space for a chair. This backrest is very very firm but still comfy to lean on. I don’t slip down like I do when I’ve got my pillows propped up. It’s honestly so perfect. The arms velcro on so they’re a little wonky but I like that they move a little when you want to stretch out. And the pockets on the side are a good plus too.

Somewhat Comfortable with a hack
I purchased this to watch tv in bed. I let it sit for 48 hours and saw absolutely no change in the product. It looked exactly the same as when I unpacked it. But I was very anxious to use it. I was totally disappointed. I am a female 5’6.5”, 145 ILbs. It barely covered the width of my back. The angle was also very uncomfortable and made my neck ache. I removed the pillow and tried it in different positions with no success. So I started a return. But since this arrived compressed, it does not fit back into its shipping box after it’s removed. The shipping agents that supply boxes are out of my area, and I did not want to purchase a box to ship it through the agents that I regularly use. So I had to find a way to make this comfortable. So, I placed my bed pillow between my back and the reading pillow. Then I put the little pillow that came with the reading pillow on top of my bed pillow behind the crook of my neck. It is now much more comfortable. I still wish it wax a little wider, and I wish I wouldn’t keep sliding down. I really do not like this pillow.UPDATE:I found a box large enough that it fit into and I am returning it. I found that propping several bed pillows behind my back & head was much more comfortable and didn’t cause neck pain.UPDATEThis vendor is very customer oriented and stands behind the product. I was contacted and offered a new pillow or a refund. I accepted the refund and it was processed before I even mailed the pillow. Wow! A company that really practices that the customer is always right. What a rare thing these days. 5 for customer service.

Not a good design
I’m disappointed in the quality and design of the bed pillow. The back pillow is nice but the arms are held by Velcro and a thin fabric strap. It is functional but I think for the price of $50.00 the arms should have been more sturdy and permanently attached better. I’m not returning them because that process is just too grueling. But knowing this, I wouldn’t buy them again.

I absolutely love this. It arrived flat and then expanded after opening. It’s light weight, comfortable and sturdy. Great for small spaces, provides support and can be easily cleaned. There was no smell. I have let three other people try it out and everyone loves it. I have roommates and we are limited in space. We can’t get a couch so this fits under a bunk bed and I can use it as my mini couch 😂. I read, do homework and set up my computer and lay back and watch a movie. If I feel stuffy I can sit up and sleep in bed. I really enjoy the product and recommend.

Bought this for a stroke victim. It is made out of decent quality materials and is manufactured well. It has been used every day for a month now and does not show any signs of wear. It is very comfortable and stays in place.
