I got these pillows about a week ago. Unpacked one and gave it a few days to fluff out after bashing it around first to get it started (as recommended).The first couple nights of use I used a pillow case only. Lying on it was heaven! After a while tho it felt flat and not a comfortable rest.After a couple days I put it in a protector cover as well as a pillow case…hard as a rock. Grabbed old faithful last night.Going to take off protector tonight and try again.While this was suppose to be a cool pillow, it is until you add any covers.I want to love this pillow, I really do!8/7/24 update. Ok I took off the pillow protector and am in love again.I agree with the many comments that this is a “hotel luxury pillow”. Not a snowballs chance. This is a simple microfiber filled pillow. Period. Yes, it is comfy, for now, but we shall see how long that lasts.I am not one to get a new pillow each year. I can’t tell you how old old faithful is…

Look great functionally not so much
For a decorative pillow on the bed these are nice. If you want something sturdy this isnt it. Very soft and fluffy but if you need head support not gonna find it here.Update. The company product support reached out to me after reading my review. They were extremely conciliatory and attentive to my concern. Their actions were unexpected and appreciated. To them i say thank you. I also want to add that though the product was not what I was expecting this does not mean it was bad. The pillows are well made.

After purchasing 2 other sets of pillows – the 3rd time was a charm. The low price with the coupon make these pillows a must have. Soft and comfortable, they still support my neck wel. Also these pillows are cooler than others I’ve had before. I’m a side sleeper and they seem to be perfectly inflated for me. I also like to have my hands underneath the pillow and it’s very comfy. Been using them for almost 3 months now and they have maintained their shape and have not flattened. I will buy them again.

They were very ordinary pillows definitely not hotel quality as stated, the original ad said that there would be shredded latex / memory foam on the inside and it is just poly fill
